One of the best pizzas I've had in Canada. Excellent service too.
Where do I start from. The hospitality the humbleness towards non french speaker and tourist. The lady at front was so gentle in... explaining the menu. The service the presentation the take away bags and plates and cutlery I mean she went one step ahead of mythoughts and next level of hospitality. Thanks alot for making me feel comfortable. I have been living here in Quebec City now for 7 years! Recently changed jobs and found my self discovering this Pizzeria... Startos. Great food, Great service! Really true 5 star place. I order frequently my lunch there and today for the firsttime, they have delivered my meal at no charge!!! The delivery driver which I might add is amazing, great guy and very polite,told me that the manage (owner) of that Stratos sees that I order pretty regularly from his location and had decided to send memy meal at no charge!!! This has never happened to me and I truly wanted to express my gratitude by writing a flaming reviewto show his generosity. I am blown away, thank you Mike at Stratos and the delivery driver, as usual the sub was excellentand the experience beyond expectations! Read more
VERY SLOW delivery + the delivery guy already sets the amount of tips he wants on the remote before handing it to you which i... think is an absolute insult. The food almost always arrives cold and the prices are just ridiculously high for what you get. I?mpretty sure the pizza would be good when hot but i?ve never had the chance to get one. I?ve put an X on Stratos since they don?tknow how to handle business ,Afterall, there are tones of restaurants doing way better ! Read more
