Once the payment has been approved it says my order will be ready the next day. Tried to cancel but had to go in personafter calling multiple times (very inconvenient). I called for one platter of sushi and asked what kind of bubble tea they sold. Despite of the staff being so fluent in English,... they managed to give garbage customer service. She ranted, and ranted about how there were too many types. I asked if she hadstrawberry, and she again said that there were so many types to choose from, to make the choice in person. I asked her why doesshe have to make a simple question so complicated. I asked her to just give me three options to choose from, and impossible?ranting, didn?t bother to answer simple questions. She could not be bothered. My francophone partner called and asked for asushi plater and she ranted, and ranted, saying specific types of sushi, as if everyone knows what type they sell. All we wantedwas a 15 piece of vegetarian sushi. I stept in and asked why does she have to make everything so difficult? I told her I wasphysically ill and unable to go in person, why can?t she just take the order and answer if they have specific types of bubbletea. She then asked me to stop yelling, so I told her I?d put up a review. When reading the reviews, I noticed the same type ofcomplaints about the bad customer service and issues calling in orders.
