I was there with my wife for the second time in a week. I asked for the same « amuse gueule ». The waiter brought me... something else. I refused. 10 minutes later I asked if my dish was ready. I was flabbergasted by the answer « no, I orderedyou mains dishes immediately ». Furthermore my wife’s dish was fat only, no meat. After I paid waiter apologized but offerednon compensation. If I could give it more than 5 stars I would. Right from the moment we entered the experience was perfect. Even the couches were... super comfortable! Nicolas our server was so pleasant helpful and explained the menu perfectly. His recommendations were spot ontoo. We had the bone marrow , the fish item and the vegetarian item- all three dishes 10/10 so compliments to the chef. Followedthis with the Mediterranean Platter and again the flavours were so unique. Desserts hit the sweet spot. Above all the service byNicolas was the best we’ve experienced. Very friendly staffs. For veggie lovers you have eggplant and cheese pasta option. Rabbit thigh had nice flavor with potato,... mushrooms and carrots complimenting very well. Very nice place to spend a beautiful evening. Read more

Simply excellent! I have been here several times in several years as we come to visit Quebec on a regular basis. PCGC is... consistantly a great experience. We love the Corsican and mediterranean flairs in the midst of Canadian winters.
