The food was prepared to perfection. From the French bread to the onion soup, from slow cooked beef cheek to seafood risotto,... and of course the cocktails were great. Didn’t have room to enjoy their dessert though. The reason for 4 star, not 5 wasbecause of the service. Server wasn’t enthusiastic, and took a long time for placing order, or bringing dessert menu orgetting the check. Read more
A superb experience in the heart of beautiful Quebec. The restaurant and the chefs really succeed in bringing a unique Quebecois... experience to the table. The use of local ingredients is not just a gimmick. It really creates a unique experience with a palatethat's really distinctive and different compared to contemporary French cuisine. The service was also great. The staff weresuper friendly and knowledgeable. The entire experience from the minute we entered and until we left was simply perfect. Wow. The best restaurant in QC so far (I have been here three weeks, dining out daily.) Just crazy delicious. My two friends and... I ordered the smoked fish appetizer (yum), chard as a main dish (yummm) scallops as a main dish (yummm), and the chocolatemousse for dessert (v good). Excellent service.
