We ordered 2 pizzas and a Salvatoré poutine. The 2 pizzas were fine (a bit cold). The poutine was missing two ingredients :... cheese curds and green onions. When we called them back, we were offered to get credits on our next purchase. We said we wantedto be refunded for the poutine only, we were told it was not possible. Then, they told us they would send another one. 45minutes later, our second poutmissing chicken and green onions. So next time we try this Salvatoré (if we do) we will get tothe store and double check our order before getting home. No more delivery. Edit : We contacted them and we got our refund forthe poutine. They also gave us a 10% off our next purchase. So 5/5 for customer support. Read more
