Atmosphere was great. Sitting ouside was the right choice. Meat was little but salty for me, but overall, it was good:)
I had the Fish n Chips and I loved it. They also have live music.
The Empress and I was looking for a place to settle down after a long walk in old Quebec city and stumbled upon this English... pub. Took us 2min to get a table,we ordered the drinks and the wife was pretty hungry but I could see the serveurs he was verybusy. So this young blond lady dressed in black saw me and came over the table(my guess the manager.) And asked the I if Ineeded any help. She resolved the issue in a split second and Voila my love affair with the pub started right there. Malamore?????? PS. Make sure you keep that manager she's one in a million. Read more
Great pub food. Wonderful service. Lovely ambience. Love the songs they play. We ordered the pub chicken wings (so good), the... fish and chips (yums), and the french onion soup (good). The fish and chips came with the soup of the day and a coffee/tea soit's pretty good value. We also had a small La'Mer IPA (love it) and a diet coke. Plus churros for dessert (so so good). Food was delicious and way more than I could eat. The whole place is cozy and loved the atmosphere. Only issue was the... bartender sat us at a table the size of a postage stamp and our server never came back for drink refills. We both would havehave a second but he never came back to ask.
