Pitas are good but they are so wasteful, for a company that is branded as a modern healthy chain they are very wasteful when it... comes to plastic! They wrap their metal bowls in plastic wrap before mixing the ingredients so they dont have to clean themafterwards. Look into it. I will never return until this is changed. Read more

Service a big fat Zero! As I arrived at the counter, the young lady saw me, then walked away and went to the back. No... hello...I'll be right with you. I wondered if She was coming back to greet me. She came back and I asked about fallafel...andwatt she suggested I had with it. She said she didn't know what goes with it. Ok I'll have chicken instead. I then getpassed over to the young guy to pay. He said $10.40! No please. No thank you. They obviously both hate their jobs. I wouldfire them both. I walked away though thinking....these kids will get paid $15 an hour soon. Not worth it at all. My food wasgood...a little messy...but the service? I think I totally inconvenienced them. Read more

Beware! This Extreme Pita closes at the oddest time. My friends and I stopped to grab some late dinner. While I let our dog... out to do her thing my friends went in and started ordering their food. They were only about 5 minutes ahead of me. I went inat 7:51PM and the kid behind the counter smiled at me and said, ?We are closing and can no longer serve you.? So then I steppedover to join my friends at the cash register as they pay for the food that they had ordered minutes before, before I headed overto the Tim Horton?s to find something else to eat. My friends reported that before I had arrived the child at the counter triedto tell them that the grill was off so he could only serve them a falafel or vegetarian pita, which is what we all wanted as weare vegan/vegetarian. However, I was not even given the option. The child behind the counter also forgot to put falafel in myfriends FALAFEL pita. The kid seemed more concerned about getting out by 8PM than providing good service as his attitude abouthaving to continue service made my friends feel inexplicably guilty for buying food during their hours. So. If you are going toExtreme Pita make sure you go before 7:51PM otherwise you will be Extremely disappointed. Read more
