We went two days ago on our way to Vancouver and the lady at the front was amazing, the food was great, and we had a good time... stopping here. We decided to do it again today and the two girls at the front rolled their eyes at my little brother, talkedabout us right in front of us, and it was overall very uncomfortable to eat inside. On a recent visit, we saw that there was no dine in due to staff shortages. We went through the drive-thru and the woman was so... kind. I think it may have been the owner, but not sure. I am DQ fan for decades. However, I came here for the first time today at Drive Thru for a typical chocolate dipped cone. Just... arrived at the cashier's window and felt it was strange to charge us $16. The waitress said to us "Why Are you being so rude"while we were just explaining C-O-N-E, the waitress shut down the window and said "I feel uncomfortable to do this". We shouldhave had fun on our way back to our Vancouver road trip from Princeton. If you don't want to be swayed by someone with rudewords and behavior on your beautiful road trip through Princeton, don't come here for ice cream that's supposed to make youhappy. Read more
We asked for an extra dip for chicken strips. Our receipt showed we were charged for 2 extra not 1( one was included) so we... essentially we now getting 3 dips. We let her know and her response was I don't make the prices and walked away. It's not amatter of the price but to make a mistake then to not listen at least not cool. Read more

This DQ had really great staff. The young girl was doing so much at once I was rather impressed. I honestly think staff should... be paid more considering how many tasks they handle and never drop the ball. She was friendly, attententive and quick. Imight've been slow getting my order across but she didn't pressure me. Food was tasty and made how I requested. The venue wastidy and well kept. I didn't have to wait long in line or for the food to be made. Great venue to get a meal while passingthrough. Read more
