I always order hot chocolate from tim hortons in the hart. But 99% I always get horrible hot chocolate. It feels like I'm... drinking hot water. So terrible. They need to calibrate their machine on a regular basis. Most of the tim hortons in princegeorge has this issue. Either the staff is very lazy to calibrate the machine or they just don't know how to do it. Propertraining programme must be placed for new employees. Read more
Very disappointed in Tim hortons, Very sad that every time we go there we must check all orders to make sure they are made... correctly. I will never go to a Tim's again because I am over being upset. Ie. I order a bagel belt and they forget to putthe eggs or cheese or meat. Tim hortins suck. Terrible service, consistently getting orders wrong, fair few of the cashiers with horrible attitudes and customer service... skills. This has to be one of the worst locations in town by far. Read more
