They totally messed up my order. The men's bathroom was dirty and there was a puddle of water on the floor. Customer service was... very bad. Read more
20 hot wings over cooked hard on outside raw on inside. Looks like cooked with old oil as chicken very dark. Also no hot sauce... with take out. Read more
Recently they just can not seem to get the order right. Will be another 3 to 6 months or more before I go back.
I'd give 0 stars if possible. Bun smelt extremely stale and tasted even worse... Chicken on the bun appeared to be from 5 days... before. Old and dry! Couldn't muster more than a bite. Gravy extremely runny, watered down and tastless. Though it's a pain, I'mtaking this back for a full refund. Not putting money in their pockets to continue doing an extremely poor job. KFC needs tohold their franchisees to much higher standards! This one is unacceptable. Read more
