Today I was served by General Manager Don. I asked General Manager Don if a particular sandwich had mustard on it, he didn't... know and made no effort to find out. My observation of General Manager Don, only got worse from there. While placing my order anemployee approached, stood to the side and waited for an appropriate time to speak to General Manager Don, without interruptingmy order. Suddenly, General Manger Don turned to this employee and shouted "What do you want?" I didn't hear the informationthe employee shared, but afterwards General Manager Don continued to shout asking "What do you want me to do about it". Well,General Manager Don, perhaps he foolishly believed you were actually capable of "managing" the situation he brought to yourattention. Moments later as I was waiting for my order, General Manager Don started arguing with the next customer about how hecouldn't have chicken and beef in the same sandwich. The customer was clearly ordering 2 sandwiches, which he was finally ableto explain while General Manager Don spoke over him. And even if he did want a chicken and beef patty in the same sandwich, Ithought you could have it your way at Burger King??? General Manager Don. You have no customer service or management skillswhatsoever. You're an absolute Baffoon! Read more
