It is a local best kept secret that this private golf course allows the public to dine. Its nestled in the forest so I keep... forgetting about it. However 4 of us non-members ate there tonight and enjoyed the set menu 3 course meal for $49 each. Thefood was amazing?.no one left a morsel on their plate. The new chef that the newish club house manager brought in is not delivering meals that a high end golf club expects. The food... at a pub is better! It?s too bad more members aren?t conveying this to the club house manager, Frank! They are not delivering ontheir services, good & experience. Members are expected to spend so much money, per year, in the club house, it?s likeextortion. The food is meh, the halfway house food is better then the clubhouse, sad, right. Oh yeah? they offer Guiness in acan, with the widget-witch needs to be poured into a large beer glass to be served correctly. However they just offer you thecan?clearly they do not know how to serve beer and good food! Don?t waste your money! Read more

Have played Hawk twice, and Raven once this season as a guest. Just got back home from what was likely the last round this... season. What a gorgeous course (weather was perfect today too)!! It's so well manicured..it's surreal. My buddy and I were"joking" that the first cut around the greens is the same as the greens at some other courses! Amenities are great and thecustomer service and friendliness are top notch!! The courses themselves are challenging, but not so crazy that every bad shotis gone.. you can hit some bad ones and still have a decent chance once in awhile.. which I appreciate as a 16 hcp! Greens arefast, but consistent. When in doubt, "it'll probably break towards the valley". If you have the chance to play, do it! Youwon't regret it. Read more
