It is said that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. If this is something that you agree with, then check out this... location in Portage la Prairie. My guest and I both ordered the same breakfast special with our own variances of how the eggsand toast were to be prepared. The food arrived in a reasonably acceptable time and was served hot. The coffee was the mainselling point for me. I've eaten at many restaurants and typically find that most will claim that "they" have the best coffee.(This includes McDonald's, Tim Hortons, etc) Sadly, I cannot agree with their sentiment. Coffee should be drunk black. When I'mvisiting a café or eatery, I will have cream and sugar available, should the coffee fail to meet my standards. This was one ofthe rare occasions when the coffee was more than acceptable to drink with no additional additives!
