I asked for the key to the washroom, and the management just told me that the men's washroom is open. I was fully aware of this... fact, but someone was using it and my kids needed to use the washroom. I asked for the keys again and they just gave me anexcuse like there's no paper towel or toilet paper in there. If they didn't want to open it, they should just say so and notgive excuses. The sad thing is that it was a management level employee who told me this. Teach your employees not to jump toconclusion and find ways to help customers, not turn them away. Read more
