As the owner has responded, I should go on explaining why the low rating. This location of DQ is as busy as any other. However,... what makes this location problematic is the attitude of the staffs. They do not behave as servers, have no knowledge of customerservice. They Do not serve the mobile orders at all unless asked repeatedly at the till. I understand that you would prefer tospeak your own language at worksite, but do not communicate in such language in the presence of customers. Use officiallanguage. I came in last week to grab some dinner and milkshakes. The whole time we were waiting the staff, speaking there own language... were laughing and pointing at us, which was uncomfortable. When the food finally came the guy made one last comment in therelanguage and they all laughed. After leaving we tried the milkshakes which were the wrong flavours and had chunks of bananaadded to them.(strange)The burgers were microwaved and smelled bad. We decided to throw everything out and not take a chance, wehonestly didn't know what the laughing and staring was about and if they did something to the food. Absulutley terrible I order 2 salads with crispy chicken. They gave me honey mustard dipping sauce instead of their honey... mustard DRESSING! They gave me a excuse that they were out of the dressing because they are having trouble with their supplyorders. They should take it off the menu if they can not supply the correct dressing. Or at least let people know that they areout of the dressing. This sets a poor example for the rest of the Dairy Queen's That was the driest salad I ever had! Craig B Read more

I went here 2 weeks in a row and the food was BUSSIN. Didn't expect much but I saw their new stackburger combos and they are... pretty damn tasty.
