I have been going to this LOCAL Tim Hortons for years and never a worry. Thus time was different. I have ordered the loaded... bowls every day for dinner, and I have never been denied my request of NO RICE. Until now..!!!! I was told that they were notallowed to modify. So I asked if I were to order a BLT with no tomato, would they not modify that for me? They have not had aproblem, "modifying" my bowls previous times. So why now? Any other Tim Hortons I go to will gladly "modify" my bowl. So I amspreading the word that they may not give you what special request you may have.. Good Luck.... Read more
I usually only review places that were exceptionally good or exceptionally bad. If you can't tell from the stars, this place... rocks. Ok ok, I know, it's a Tim Hortons, BUT, the staff is fast as hell. The food and drinks were FASSSST, (I can't say enoughhow fast, I was shocked!) everything was the perfect temperature, and tasted great. The customer service and politeness alonegives this place a top rating compared to other Tim's, but the speed...well this is, in my limited experience, the best TimHortons in all of Welland at the least.
