It was either policy or the night shift staff that sucked at being flexible with customers. In the past, I've successfully gone... through the drive thru on a bike multiple times. Not once did I run into questionable issues until now. To sum it up: The nightshift denied my already-paid-for food just because I was on a ebike. Luckily, my mom was already around to pick me up, so wedrove around the drive thru to get my food. 0/5 customer service. Read more
