Usually love A & W , but not tonite. 30 minutes for 2 burgers and fries. Totally disorganized crew blaming each other for the... slow service. The food was also sub-par and cold by the time we got it. It may be the result of lack of people to hire aftercovid. A & W head office contacted me and will follow up on my review. Came to town to visit and twice now went to A&W before heading back home. Both times food was hot and fresh, and staff were... friendly. Dining out with food allergies is always interesting, but the staff went above and beyond to ensure that our food wasprepared exactly as ordered. From extra sanitizing surfaces between orders, to double checking that nothing had been in crosscontact, they made our experience as safe and enjoyable as possible. Read more
