I went to meet a friend just chilling out on Saturday Sept 10, 2022. Left my purse and did not even noticed it till the next... day. When I called in today, sept 11, I am so relieved to hear from the manager that my purse is in his safekeeping. I picked itup around 12:30pm. Everything is intact. I offered to reward the finder but the kind hearted manager said I don?t need to dothat. Wouldn't even give 1 star for the way we were treated at this location. We had ordered potatoe wedges and when we received them... they were as hard as a rock and my child would not been able to bite down on them. I showed the potato wedges to the worker andasked would you ever be able to eat these he replied "no" I asked why did you serve these to customers then and make them pay.Another girl at the sandwich bar told us that another worker amongst there team who also worked at the sandwich bar is "new"well then maybe train employees properly with proper support. The potato wedges they served looked like they were made 4/5 hoursago and since there's so much staff why can't a new batch be made to avoid such problems. Such a horrible experience Read more
