We have been to Boston Pizza many many times over several years.The thing that brings us back is the staff that we come to know... and appreciate. Unfortunately the food is not a drawing card for us. One thing in particular....if you call yourself BostonPIZZA then I would think your pizzas should be excellent. We both waited for drinks for about 10 to 15 minutes, we ordered an appy, cauliflower bites, which were awesome, but our our... jalapeño shrimp tacos, were bland,didn't taste the jalapeño, warm, almost cold. What happened to you, Boston Pizza? I swear you used to have some decent food. Unfortunately the food is very sub par. Pizza has... little toppings, and has a lot of crust. Lasagna barely has any meat. The wings are a huge ripoff at almost $2 ea, and were notspicy at all. The shaker cheese I didn't think could get any worse, but is now really small and tasteless instead of the largerround pieces of 'cheese'. Service was not bad, I believe it was the manager we had and he was quite nice. $70 plus tip for threereally unforgettable items without any drinks. No thanks. Read more
You charged me for double mushroom ans I could not find even few mushrooms. As a normal. It's not acceptable at all. They... contact me to solve the problem. After one week general manager emailed me we offer you store credit just write us a date thatyou had pizza. I replied them and send two photos from the worst pizza.... they didn't get back to me I followed up and he toldme the funniest word ... the pizza looks like has double mushroom from bottom and we can just offer you $10. Hadn't being there for long time. Yesterday me and a buddy ordered the double pattie burger..worst i ever had ..it was tasteless... ...the only good thing were the fries and he shared a few with me as i had the green salad.
