Worst service I have ever had at a restaurant. Maybe 20 customers in restaurant had to get my own water for my table walked up... to someone cleaning off a table just to ask for a to go container and the bill if I was able to give 0.00 for a tip I wouldhave. But I had to give something due to the machine. It wasn’t due to lack of staff either I seen at least 10 employeeswalking around chatting in the back. Read more

We ordered take-out tonight and the shrimp was forgotten for the shrimp tacos (understandable as they were very busy) I called... and they were very apologetic and within 20 minutes they delivered the shrimp plus a $$ off coupon for our next order. Service was extremely slow. All of our food & coffee was cold. We were given plastic utensils to use because they said no... other silverware was clean. I have never had a bad meal at a Boston Pizza before. I would never go back to this location. Read more
