Got to stop for lunch during a work trip and I had an opportunity to sit in during the rush. They were prompt in getting me... placed at a table and offering me a beverage. All out of non-alcoholic beer that day, but I happily settled on a coke. Iordered the beef dip and the waitress managed to up-sell me on the add-on (wasn't hard, I love crispy onions, but I commend herfor the effort.) At one point of miscommunication or another..... These things happen don't get discouraged; the onions andcheese were missed. When the meal arrived, we shared a laugh over her selling me a Ferrari and delivering a Honda. She tookeverything in stride and played along, excellent conflict resolution skills... Read to the end. The meal was enjoyable and hitthe spot. When it came time for dessert, her partner (a new trainee on day 3) brought me a menu and I took a shot with thecaramel brownie. Upon delivery the girls played a joke and showed up with a bowl of whipped cream for dessert (now thankfully,they didn't dip my nose in it, although I would've had a good laugh) but the waitress told me I got to lose out on two Ferraristoday.... Her partner showed up shortly after with an excellent dessert to cap off my lunch. My only regret was I didn't speakto the manager directly about the efforts M and C went out of their way to make the experience personal and enjoyable. Welldone. Read more

My husband ordered a bottled Heineken and a quarter of the bottle of beer was missing. Our server replaced it. He ordered fish... and chips and said it was good. My legendary burger was a bit overcooked. The service was very good when we arrived and then wedid not see our server again until we asked for the bill. Read more
Took my son on a mother son date night after I got off my 12 hour shift as this is my son?s favourite place to eat. Go to pay... for our 2 meals and was charged twice. When I noticed the next day I called the manager and he was going to look into it and getback to me the next day and I haven?t heard from anyone. Not very impressed with the customer service that white spot provides.Let?s just say my son will have to pick another restaurant. Read more

The food is generally good, but most importantly very consistently good. Nothing's worse than a bad meal, and while there are... some things on the menu that aren't award winners (looking at you zoo sticks, blech) for the most part you can't ever go wronghere.
