Best crêpes in town! Update: best Benedicts in town, as well!
Burnt food, slow and poor service We tried out the local Smitty's, thinking that we could rely on the consistency of a chain... restaurant to produce an acceptable quality of food and average service. Instead, we were served several breakfast dishes thathad burnt and dried out food. While the service was friendly, we were left alone with our food and our waitress did not check inon us during the meal. I would recommend trying out one of the other options for your breakfast. We went in knowing that they were short-staffed (there was posted signage). We didn't have to wait (even though it was Canada... Day and we thought it might be busy after the parade). The staff were lovely and the food came out quick. The only reason forthe 3 star is that the food was pretty mediocre and not presented in a way that was appetizing. It was edible though! Read more
