Took over a half an hour from when I placed my order until I received it, but it was the same for every other customer there. I... ordered a Quarter Pounder (no pickles) and received a Quarter Pounder BLT (with extra pickles). The food was good. They weren?t very busy yet only 1 table was wiped. Others were very dirty on top. I told them tables needed... to be cleaned off so people could use them, but hadn?t been wiped by the time we left. Read more

Ordered using online app and asked for table service. It never arrived. But our names were bellowed out from the pick up area.... When we asked why we didn't get table service as all the other restaurants offer on the app, they said they don't so that. So wesat and had our bagged breakfast. No tray. One of the reasons we go to McDonald's as they offer the table service. I didregister a complaint on the online app but was told the customer service link was to the US company and I would have to contactthe store directly. Of which I had but was literally td 'too bad'. Will be sure to wait until Nanaimo next time to ensure we getthe service we select on the app. Read more
