ok so overall i think this staff needs to know when a pizza is "cold" more then a few times for my lunch break i go there some... times. mostly a hit and miss. but now it tends to allways be cold for slices of pizza. but overall buying a small medium orlarge pizza no problem as you know it's going to be fresh. the pizza is great and taste awesome if fresh. overall staff needs tounderstand when they serve pizza to know when there pizza is cold or not. I went to my workplace to load my van for next day deliveries. I decided to order a pizza for dinner. When I went to pick it up,... I realized I left my wallet at home. I tried to use my phone debit to pay but it wasn't working. The gentleman behind thecounter was patient and let me try 4 times. I told him I would go home to get my wallet. Instead he told me to take the pizza,go home and enjoy it and come back when I was done. I was so impressed with this kind gesture. That's what I call exceptionalcustomer service. And the pizza was excellent as always. Thank you Tito's team for turning my frustrating experience into anenjoyable one instead. Read more
