Girlfriend ordered a turkey bacon club via mobile order. When she got to this store to pick it up she sandwich was made on the... small bun (not the large it is supposed to be made on). She asked the associate why it was so small. The answer she got was "wewere out of lage buns so I just added extra lettuce" another associate replied "you get what you get." I used to work at TimHortons and I know for a fact this is not how "make it right" works. Not only was one of the associates rude but they shouldhave discussed other options for the sandwich instead of just downgrading the size of the bun... disgusting customer service! Mygf doesn't like confrontation so she didn't speak to a manager but you better believe I would have had some choice words to sayhad this have happened to me.
