Drive thru is worst than the line inside even with only just one car in lane. It?s never busy in drive thru. Upon checking that... they might be busy, staff is available just not helping customers? its the same every time! Horrible horrible experience at the drive-through and the person making my sub got into an argument with me because I told her... she was being rude which she was. Upon receiving my subs and getting home my daughters veggie sub had meat on it and she gotvery upset then I open my serve and all of the vegetables were in the package and not on the sub. I called the person thatanswered the phone I asked for the manager she said she was the manager. I asked her multiple times about the incident and shesaid she don?t remember I said you don?t remember eight minutes ago and I said your voice is the familiar voice from the speakerand you should be honest about it the problem is I think it was done on purpose because of me saying she was rude and she wouldnot own up to anything on the phone call and she told me I can bring back the subs to have them remade drive back and get themremade and they charge me for a meet up when I specifically asked for a veggie sub And that was Clearly Indicated andunderstood because she repeated it back to me and I said basically it?s a sub just orange cheese and mayo that?s it no meatnothing And then I came to myself and she was just ultimately rude and trying to get me a hard time so I addressed it Mydaughter now can?t even eat her sub because she says she can taste the ham on it and she doesn?t like it she did not even offerher replacement subs she did not nothing only tell me to bring them back which she knew I was not going to do plus theyovercharged me for the subs A dishonest manager will get you nowhere in business Read more
