Ordered a large pizza that was literal garbage. Came soo undercooked I had to put it in the oven to finish cooking it, and it... was Also the most greasy pizza I have ever seen in my life. I wouldn't recommend this for animals. Don't waste your money here. Read more
Where to begin... I ordered a pizza for my daughter and I last night. After about an hour (their approximate delivery time is 35... mins), my pizza still had not arrived. Curious, I called the store at which time the manager informed me that the pizza would.bethere shortly and apologized for the delay. No problem. A few minutes later, the delivery driver himself called me suggestingthat I provided a false address and that it did not exist. When I asked him to repeat my address to me, it was him who in facthad my address incorrect. When I told him about his error, he said he knew where my house was and would be thereshortly. Suddenly, I received yet another call from the manager informijg me that the driver had the wrong address and that hehad been driving around with my pizza for over 30 minutes. She then said that the pizza was now cold, and would have to beremade. I was frustrated, but I understand that mistakes happen, so I let it go. I asked her if I would be receiving a freepizza, or a voucher for a free pizza in the future or a discount. Something, anything for my troubles. She said no. I would bereceiving nothing for my delay. Keep in mind, by the time pizza #2 arrived it would be well over 2 hours from the time Iinitially ordered my pizza to the time I would get it. I not-so-politely told her to cancel my order and hung up the phone. Iwill never in my life order from Pizza House again. Up until that point, I was a semi regular customer, ordering a pizza aroundonce a month. But no more. You have lost my business for good pizza house. Read more
First time visiting today. Great service and pizza! Loved the corn meal on the crust. Crust was somewhere between thin and... thick, it was great. Food was nice and hot when we got home. Can't wait to go again. Maybe try some of the Indian cuisinenext time. Read more

Only got refunded $53 out of a $108 order. Then brought the pizzasback and they refused to replace them (even though I had the order in hand as proof) without me paying for it again!!!
