To the manager and HR how is this ever ok? Is this not a place where people eat? Is this not supposed to be a restaurant? Ontop... of that management and supervisor do nothing about the groups of young kids running around the store, burping as loud as theycan, tackling eachother, cussing and yelling while there?s even smaller children and people trying to eat next to them. I sathere for 45 minutes to quickly eat and wait for a ride after work and I was absolutely disgusted. The manager just walkedthrough the store like everything was invisible to him. I?ve never seen a McDonald?s this bad in my life from garbage and thelack of store control when it comes to problematic customers (kids) messing up customers experience and eating and wrecking theplace even more. The WORST experience ever, DO NOT go to these McDonald?s. Try going to baseline Walmart location or any other one, this one is... disgusting. Staff are ignorant of costumers, they touch food with their bare hands. Mixing up orders, and way too slow. If it?sfast food, you should not wait for half an hour when you are the only costumer!!! Ordered takeout through machine the order includes habanero as you can see in pic, staff denied and made me pay for 3 sauces... separately and staff handled it super bad, made me feel guilty. I paid for the sauces separately but if there was a charge whydidn?t machine charged me the first time. DONT MAKE PEOPLE GUILTY FOR YOUR INCOMPETENCE TO KEEP UP THE SYSTEMS AND STAFF. Read more
