I’ve been a customer for 6 years and frequently visit four to five times a week. The staff are quick and friendly unless... they are newly hired but that’s understandable. This location has been serving fresh food consistently. It’s very much thetypical food experience you’d find in most locations. Love the speed of service. love the attention to product detail, often undervalued in fast food places. Couple of guys made fun... of my name - which I'm super used to, didn't super bother me personally. I'm male and named Kelsey - it's an Irish name. Placed order from the Mobile App. Went to the restaurant and the app was not picking up my location. Usually when this happens,... the manager puts my order in the system and gives me my food. But today, they didn’t do so & he kept on saying that I can’tgive you an order until it shows up on the screen. I was on my break & this guy wasted my 30minutes break just to wait for theorder to popup on his screen. And in the end I had to go back hungry as the order didn’t pop up on his screen.
