THE worst Tim Hortons on the planet. I wish I could give negative stars. There is always a line, no matter the time of the day.... Even on a snow storm day in the middle of the afternoon in the middle of a class, I waited 20 minutes in the express line. Thefood line was moving faster than my line. How can it take longer to make a coffee than a smadwich? I thought maybe they areunderstaff, but when you look at them they care not working, they are chatting or just standing there like they don't know whatthey are doing. When I got to the cash to take my order I had a coupon but they told me they don't even have the machine to scanthe coupon and I had to pay full price. Read more
If I could give lower I would. Have waited 40 minutes for a bagel just to have my order wrong. Have ordered a breakfast... sandwich, waited 20 minutes just to walk away and realize there was no meat in it and cheese when I said none. A lady didn'tknow what diet coke was. I heard the manager freaking out one time when health and safety came, yelling at everyone things thatneed to be fixed immediately....concerning. Staff just chats with each other instead of taking orders or making food. The Site Tims takes a bit for sure they seem really under staffed... but everyone behind the counter is Wonderful. Smiles,... energetic. Has no problem making the customer feel good. After waiting. And they know how to make it right. I was waiting areally long time for my bagel. The girl appoligized and gave me a free hot drink for the next time i go. Read more
