Ordered for delivery, missed the drivers phone call and the driver drove off with my food without knocking or even ringing the... door bell. Waited another 20 minutes for cold pizza. Dropped in for a slice at the end of an evening. The slice was just okay and what I had expected. What I didn't expect was... when the cashier kept my ~$1.50 change as a tip without asking. She likely needs it more than I do, so not a big deal, butdefinitely a ballsy move. I called to ask if I could get the request I wanted when I ordered skip the dishes for the type of Crust as the options had been... changed and I no longer was able to get lightly done thick crust. The Muslim women on the phone ignored me immediately afterasking and hung up on me. I was very polite and trying to make a request. I have to say not being able to deal with customershanging up rudely and probably being lazy left me very unsatisfied. i'd rather order food at a more reasonable restaurant. Read more
