Great service, mediocre coffee for cheap, but way too much waste. They need to encourage reusable cups.

seemed like standing room only. Had to give up. Couldn't stand the lack of space. They seemed efficient but too busy for us.

I've always liked Tim Hortons because of the patriotic feel, and their coffee. I really like their coffee, and donuts. I never... really payed attention to anything else. Right accross the street from this Tim Hortons is a Mcdonald's (which isn't badeither), and I'd usually go to the McDonalds because I thought it was faster. I forget why I ended up going to this Tim's oneday but, ever since I went the first time I couldn't stop coming back. The customer service is unbelievable. I've never beento a Tim Hortons or basically any store for that matter which says, "Welcome to ________" along with a genuine smile. I thoughtit was a fluke but, every single staff member seems to be genuinely positive, and happy to serve you. I never realized how muchI cared about that sort of thing, but I keep going back to that Timmies because I not only like the food, but I reallyappreciate the way everyone is treated there. This is a smaller Tim Horton's so sometimes the wait could be a tad bit longerthan usual (I've never really had this problem myself TBH). But, I could see it happening. Anyhow, it's worth the waitespecially if you want to leave with a smile on your face. I've just never seen so many people that seem genuinely happy to givecustomer service. Read more
