ABSOLUTE WORST DO NOT GO!! I waited at the order screen for almost 10 minutes before I was rudely asked what I wanted with 2... cars around the corner at the window waiting for they?re food. Finally place my order after correcting them 4 times. Go aroundthe corner and sat there for literally 25 minutes before I got to the window. (5 cars drove off after placing they?re orderscause of how long it was taking)When I asked what?s taking so long and mention 5 people left there was no apology nothing thanasked me if I ordered a coffee which I didn?t. Than they try to offer me cold food and got upset when I called them out on itand asked for fresh food. Tried talking to the manager who was nothing short of a word I can?t say on the internet. Extremelyrude for no reason. Horrible customer service and they gave me nasty cold fries. Just waited over 45 minutes for food, tried to get ahold of any staff because they cleared all the « in progress » orders... from the board despite not filling them and was promptly ignored for another fifteen minutes until they finally talked to me.They then proceeded to fill my order from old, cold orders that had been sitting on the counter since I arrived. I asked for arefund, but they took the food out of my hands. When I asked for it back (the refund was for waiting an hour for food and notgetting a replacement because they said it would take another hour) they said no. So I asked them to remake the food instead,but they didn?t speak English. I tried to take the food back since I couldn?t explain, but they grabbed it, smashed it into me,tried to block my from exiting the store, GRABBED ME and threw the food at me, hitting other customers. I hate to shade any McDonald?s but this spot consistently has the slowest service I have ever experienced. It doesn?t matter if... you?re going in to order or ordering via drive through, expect a line and a long wait. The staff are all very friendly and seemto work hard, so I think they are just very understaffed. Read more

Quality and speed has really greatly improved. Tonight, the double quarter with cheese was stale and cold and the meat had a... funny taste (Canadian beef?). Probably been on the shelf for an hour... great deception! Shame! No receipt obviously. Employeewere great at the window third time.
