We were here at dinner time on a Friday night. It took almost 2 hours to receive our burgers. When they arrived they were... overcooked and leathery and the sweet potato fries were soggy. The server was apologetic but it definitely wasn't a goodexperience. We noticed a lot of online orders leaving the restaurant, they are perhaps prioritizing online customers. Myrecommendation is to find somewhere else or at least ask what the wait time will be before ordering. We will not return. Read more
Burguer was burnt , something that I experienced before at works. But this time it was too much. Bun cold and salad had no... dressing . THE WORKS is from bad to WORSE. Try 5 Guys and you will be better off. Read more
Below average customer service. As with many others, it took over an hour to receive my food even though the place was basically... empty. They didn't have ice and so I got warm water, and they refused to give me my fries before my burger was ready (why?).Every other Works location I've been to has no problem doing fries as appetizers but this location would not. When I finally gotmy burger it did not have all the toppings I ordered. I recommend driving to Westboro rather than going to this location. Read more
