I had really bad experience from their customer service as I was there around noon to get sandwich I know it is busy during that... time. The Guy who is making my sub he was in rush to make my sub atleast give proper time to customer to make their sandwich.Asked him to do grill of my sub he first garnished my sub without putting patty in it and then at last he put patty in it anddidn?t close sub properly and did grill with that and this kind of customer service is not acceptable at all. Even I told himthat I want to use coupon at last he said I can?t make combo for that and not giving proper answer. Read more
When you check to see when the restaurant closes and it says 10pm and you show up at 9:40 to get a sandwich and see the ?OPEN?... sign on and you get turned away saying they are closed? NOT good? either fix your times on google and shut your light off or beready to serve your customers until the time you close. Just like any other establishment. I will not be returning. Read more
Slow staff that probly could use a lesson on food safety. Other than that they are good
Placed only one order for rice bowl from subway app, but restaurant received 5 orders. Darshan was kind enough to call and... confirm if I placed 5 orders, but when I reached at the subway, that lady on the shift was keep on blaming me for wasting her 4extra print papers.. how am I supposed to be at fault?
