I just happened upon this bakery yesterday and I absolutely loved it! They have an amazing variety of mouthwatering pastries.... Their apricot pastry is the best I've ever had! I loved the London fog as well. It was so good I took my sisters there forbreakfast today and they loved it as well. The bakery has a lot of variety and everything is wonderful. I have a sweet tooth and some of the pastries aren't quite sweet... enough for me but the clafoutis are divine. Is obvious why it's their namesake, they are silky with a nice chewy crust. Thefruit is perfectly matched, cherry is my favourite. Highly recommend a visit to explore what they have to offer. Quality breads, baked goods and pastries are made with care here. Always a treat to get and it is expensive but you get what... you pay for. Counter staff could use a bit more knowledge about products they are selling. Read more

We went to this place on Sunday for coffee and pastries and after 10 or 15 minutes I needed to use the washroom, I approached a... staff member to ask for the washroom and they told me they were out of order; he just apologized but he didn?t give me anotheroption, all he told me was ?I think they haven?t cleaned them and you can?t use them?. One would think that in a place with theprices they have and a capacity of 30/40 they would care a bit more to at least have a washroom available for customers or inthe worst case at least offer the staff one for customers use but instead they put the most ridiculous sign at the door toprevent you from using them. Although the staff person told me they weren?t in working order at some point I really had to glto the washroom and it turns out one of them was actually in working condition although it had no toilet paper or paper towelwhatsoever, so, I guess they just don?t care enough about this. Also, the same person came that told me about the washroom cameto tell us at 5:20 pm that they were closing in 15 minutes, which means that they close around 5:30 pm instead of 6 as it onGoogle maps, it would be helpful if they kept the work hours up to date.
