This Bridgehead location feels like it's missing something. Something about the atmosphere and environment feels off, and I... can't quite pinpoint what that is. When I ordered, I said "Hello" to the cashier and she just stared at me without sayinganything. We stared at each other for a few moments, it was very awkward. Food seemed overpriced but the staff is really sweet and the location (downtown Ottawa) is great. Inside gives off a nice cozy... cafe vibe. Perfect for when you want to walk down the fall streets of Ottawa with your partner and need a warm tea to warm up. Read more
Although I am not a regular at this Bridgehead location, I have gone several times in the past few years and have always had a... good experience. During my latest visit I had a chai latte that was very good, while the staff person who served me wasfriendly. Expect to continue dropping by here from time to time in the future. Read more
