We order from here pretty regularly - or I should say we have been - that probably ends today. Tonight - we not only received... the wrong flavour - they also sent a small - and we paid for a medium. It?s one thing to mess up the flavour- it happensoccasionally (really more than it should) - but to over charge and provide a lower size - and force the delivery service toprovide the rebate is pretty shady. personally don?t know if it was an off day but the way the manger was talking to the staff was disgusting. he was a short kid... and was clearly verbally abusing the staff there with rude off handed comments. one of the girls there looked literally like shewas shaking. what kind of work place lets that happen it?s wrong. also the cakes look absolutely terrible i was looking for acake to pick up for a birthday and dear god i could have made a better one myself, it?s horrible especially when they cost somuch. The quality of the cakes has gone down astronomically i used to buy here all the time but never again after this becausethis cake was the best of the bunch put in the display. Read more
