If you are busy please avoid this place. Inefficient staff and they are not trained well. The staff lack customer service... training. One of them literally left the counter when it was my turn to order. The coffee makers are cleaned with towel, andcould see they continue to use the same towel again and again. Long queues, inefficient staff, lack of proper training and nofree wifi, that?s colossal loss of time. Read more
They close really early considering they're a café in a university library. The service is also pretty bad, they usually just... talk amongst themselves and take a long time to make drinks. If it gets busy they're even worse. Read more
Really pricey, and they couldn?t even warm up my cinnamon bun
waited for 30+ minutes to get a smoothie, 10-20 people got their drinks before us and when we let them know they forgot us we... waited another 15 mins for them to make it.
