I've been ordering here for the past month and there is something wrong or missing from the order 4/5 times. I usually order on... the mobile app and the orders are never ready on time (which is okay), but if they are ready when I arrive, they are usually thewrong order and they have to remake them. I faced a bad customer service today at 4pm. We waited more than 5 min in the drive through and no one was answering and many... vehicles were waiting behind me. We went to the window because no one took the order and we found many associates were talkingto each other. We told them we don?t need any thing from u but u should do ur job faster. Worst timmies ever, I wish I could give them 0 rating. We asked for Hazelnut iced latte but received an ice coffee even after... confirming it on window. Also, asked for plain croissant toasted with butter it was passed not toasted with plenty of butter onit. Then I went inside the store for asking for toasted one but they passed me same croissant in same condition by saying thatit is toasted now. I garbaged it in the store because that is not something I ask for and walk away.
