Been to the Heart and Crown a few times since returning to Ottawa! Staff here are fantastic, I?ve never had a bad service... experience. If you get Julia, Nyah, or Bella as your waitress?s you?re in luck! Every conversation I?ve had with staff as beennothing but pleasant and definitely interesting. The service was ok. My coffee was cold and had to ask to warm it up twice. There were 4 of us. Our daughter and partner were... served their meals quite a while before we were. I ordered the Stew it was just warm?the meat was tough and the veggies/potatoeswere not fully cooked. The waitress was very nice and accommodating. We don?t live in Ottawa we are visiting family. Take out - Had the snug club and fries and a bottle of Moosehead. Very fresh and tasty. The bread in particular was top-notch.... Could?ve used a few more fries?(But I really didn?t need them, and really there are never enough fries). Thanks Jenn for thegreat service. Read more
