Wow! This Starbucks is top notch for it's customer service. I called this Starbucks in hope to find an Ottawa "Been Here... Series" mug to take home and add to my collection. Luckily there were two at this location! When I called, I was greeted with afriendly hello and shared the reason for my call. The employee immediately checked their stock and within no time stated thatthere was a mug and put it on hold for the day. I arrived 15 minutes later and sure enough they had the mug waiting for me atthe counter! The person who assisted me on the call also took the time to explain the picture details on the mug. I had neverhad anyone do this before (and I have a lot of these types of mugs from various travels). It truly made the mug even morespecial! Thank you to the wonderful cashier for going above and beyond. You truly made this experience great! Read more
