This is one the best burger I have ever had . Burger was perfectly cooked and very tasty. I love how big and unique the cups are... I have never seen anything like it before. The experience here is great and a must try. Read more

I will never be returning to this location ever again. my order took over 40 minutes to get to me. i didn?t get a measuring cup... for a glass, my server Daisy, gave everyone one but us. barely said anything to us, no sorry?s for the wait and her and herfriends of severs just stood around while the host delivered most of there food! the only good part was the host he needs to bemade server and deserves better Read more

Love the atmosphere, the location and the friendly staff. The bottomless sodas are great. In terms of the burgers: too many... options, a little bit confusing though when it comes the time to decide what to eat. The flavours are good, but the patty waskind of dry and tasteless. Read more

We?d been to The Works on Bank Street several years back and it was really, really good. Fast forward to now and the Richmond... Road location on a holiday Friday for lunch in a very busy part of town. We walked in to a near deserted restaurant, which feltodd given the traffic. The place is kind of dingy and not inviting at all. Strike 1. Service was amateurish and ill trained.Strike 2. Strike 3 came quickly with what had to be the driest, most tasteless and boring hamburgers we?ve ever had! Burgsusually taste real good, some real bad. These literally tasted of nothing. Kind of unusual and weird, really (especiallyconsidering this is a burger joint). Just truly mediocre burgers (one so called ?hipster? and one ?juicy Lucy?). Now we know whythe place was deserted! A disappointing and annoying waste of time and money, sorry to say! Read more

Im unsure what to give this restaurant as far as stars are concerned. They used to have the best burgers for a great price. The... burgers are still good, but prices are very high now. And wait times have always been long. The St-Laurent location has a bitbetter waiting times and has parking so I'd go there, but if you love burgers and you're in the area, I'd still give this placea try. They have a great tower of onion rings, great burgers and milkshakes. Service, while being slow, is very friendly. Idgive this place a 70% rating. Read more
