The worst Tim Hortons!!!This location lack of organise and training. Service is horrible! You have to check your order very... carefully!! I paid for 8 sandwiches, the lady only gave me 4!! Waited for another 10 minutes until two cashers and managerprinted out the receipt. The lady still claimed no order of the four sandwiches on the receipt until I pointed out. Finally,after another 10 mins, I received all my sandwiches, but later I found they contain only eggs but no sausage (I order egg andsausage sandwiches) . AVOID this location!!! Read more
This one is a life saver in an area where there is barely any choice to get a decent cup of coffee or tea or snack. Expect wait... times for drive through and dine in. There is patio seating available and it is quite lovely. Service is quick as can beconsidering this TH is VERY busy especially at meal times. This Tim?s is horrible they don?t clean the grill, flys always flying out the drive through window.. raps fall apart.. I got a... bagel today I wanted it toasted with cream cheese it wasn?t toasted an there was only a bit of the cream cheese on half of it.Also wasn?t cut. Coffee never gets steered, employees allways standing laughing only good thing is the line is never much of await but I?d rather wait longer and get the right thing the way I asked. I went to this Tim Hortons drive thru on August 2, 2022 at 10:15 pm. The store closes at 11:00 pm. I was waiting in the drive... thru for about 10-15 mins to place a order but no one answered. Upon asking several times, I didn?t get a response and finally Iwent to the window only to find out the lady talking and laughing with one of her friend. Later the lady approached the windowand answered in rude way and smashed closed the window. This is not the first time it happened, it has always been the issuewith this lady working her evening shift. Seems like she doesn?t like to serve the customers 1 hour before the closing time. Iwonder why people hire and tolerate this kind of staff who doesn?t value their company and customers. Never visiting hereagain!!!! Read more

I waited 10 minutes at the drive thru window for someone to come. The lawn is covered in empty timmies cups and it smells in the... restaurant. They could defiantly improve their drive thru times and cleanliness. Read more
