First time I've been to this location to celebrate my birthday! To start. The food was perfect for taste and presentation. The... negative part is I'm new to the sizzle program and had a $10 off voucher for dining in over $30. Mentioned it to the server andpresented the QR code and noticed when I got home it was never applied. Also, my spouse cut her lip on a glass of water that waschipped. That was handled professionally by the supervisor. The server could have checked up on us a little more. We ordered anappetizer and another server took it away when we were done, our server came back and looked at our empty table and said are youguys good with that? We had no food. Went to Lonestar tonight (Gibford off Hunt Club) and ordered the Rocket Man. When I received it it looked like someone had... already drank half of it. (Notice only half the glass had salt). When I mentioned it to the waitress she said that's how it'sserved. I asked to speak to a manager, and Jasper came to talk to us. He blame corporate for having misrepresenting photos intheir advertisement. I had the same drink at an other Lonestar and the glass was actually full This was poorly managed byJasper. Food and drinks were good, servers are nice.... lost a star cause we had to wait almost an hour for mains on a tuesday night.
Loved the alligator tales starter that we got. Never tried them before but were actually tasty. Our server was Bailey and she... was great. I love the ambience, the servers are fantastic and warm. We ordered fish tacos, sautéed shrimps, a steak and theportions were actually generous. Firstly you get chips and salsa for free so honestly you don’t even need to order astarter Second thing I loved was the Mexican bull dog cocktail. Absolutely delicious. I did not enjoy the Mexican poutine and Ifound the sautéed shrimps to be abit bland. It ddnt quite feel like we got value for money because you could literally countthe pieces of shrimp on the plate and cost was about $16 or so. The fish tacos and curly fries were good.
