Can't lie, the breakfast was usual amazing; but went in for a breakfast original to go today. Asked for egg whites (cant eat... the yolk because it makes my stomach hurt). Went to work and was about to enjoy my breakfast until I saw my eggs were over easy,the yolk got all over my hashbrowns and part of my toast so, it was bacon and some toast for my breakfast sadly ???? The pizza was okay, but the staff was terrible. We stopped here because they have gluten free pizza (my husband is Celiac). We... were never greeted, despite multiple servers walking around and bartenders behind the counter. We went up to the bar to ask ifwe placed orders there and were told yes (how would we know that?). The toppings on the gluten free pizzas all included gluten(how does that make sense?), so we asked for a substitute. The employees seemed annoyed and disinterested. We weren't givennapkins or silverware. Employees stayed behind the bar eating and talking. People came in after us and were not welcomed oraddressed, either. This was during Pride, so a super busy time and good opportunity to make money, but the employees couldn't bebothered. Customer service was non-existent, and we won't be back. My partner and I ordered meals. My partner?s meal arrived after 45min and then I was told they were out of my meal and would I... like to order something different - that should have been told to me when the order went to the kitchen, not 45 min later andnot when my partner?s meal was delivered. Then the cheque came wrongly priced and a beverage we did not order added to the bill.We were so eager to leave we didn?t even bother waiting for it to be corrected we just leave no tips bc the service was sohorrible. Thoroughly disappointed. I wanted my friend and bf to experience the great Gabriel's Pizza traditional poutine. The fries could... have been cooked a bit longer, the amount of gravy and cheese was cheap and there was hardly any cheese curds. Other locations Ihave ordered from haven't given me this problem. :( Read more
