My wife and I brought our 3 year old for lunch on august 10. We arrived at 12:15 and there were approximately 3-4 other tables... occupied. Hostess was lovely. Waitress was nice but slow. Kitchen was unwilling to provide half potato half salad to my wife.Kitchen served my sandwich with whiter than red tomatoes (in August that?s unacceptable). Lastly and the least important butworth noting, their beer selection was coors light and bud light. A truly underwhelming experience that cost $67! (And we onlydrank water). We will NOT be returning. This is the second time I had this experience this month, ordered smoked salmon egg Benedict and wanted the eggs to be soft and... runny instead got it hard and the salmon wasn?t fresh. I keep going back because I love their environment and super friendlyservers but they need to pay a bit more attention towards the orders considering it?s the first meal of the day for the guests. Absolutely horrible food and service. We'd last been to this location before the pandemic and it was good, but things seem to... have changed for the worse since. We waited over an hour after ordering our food for a table of 8 which we had reserved, andthe place wasn't even half full. The food was barely warm and some of our order wasn't cooked properly (the potatoes and eggs).The fruit was barely edible and we left most of it on the plate: strawberries were old and brown, cantaloupe was mushy, andpineapple was brown on everyone's plates. The food is good but the service is meh. We (only a party of 2) waited an hour for our food and the waitress walked by us... multiple times without looking at us or giving us any sort of update about when our food will be ready. Our empty water glasseswere also sitting there nearly the whole time, waiting to be refilled. I understand that the restaurant is busy, but giving usan update only takes 10 seconds, and we also saw her just standing around on various occasions.
