Our pepperoni pickup had cheese that looked underdone and a... glob of raw dough in the center (gooey like cheese but definitely not cheese!). We ordered one night and the delivery guy came faster than expected but pizza was upside down and all toppings were stuck on the... box and we couldn't eat the pizza so we called the company and he only gave us a $6 store credit. We will never order from thereagain. Thanks for telling us you only went to work for a pay cheque and not because you love your job and would help customerswhen there's an issue like that. Unfortunately the quality of service has gone down and the quality of food as well. I ordered twin pizza make yiur own. The... person on the phone did take the time to tell me that they had specials and worked his magic and made it cheaper for us. Yay.But when my husband went to pick it up and pay, he handed the girl the points card and she had no idea what to do with it. Hetried to explain and he paid for the order. She did mot even hand him our order, he had to reach over to get it and she justwalked away as if she was done. When he got home with our food, there was barely any ingredients on my pizza. I was lucky tofind one small slice of bacon on it and to boot they charge extra for the sliced bacon. It was not the best tasting either. Iwent to try my funnel cake sticks for which I enjoy, and they forgot to add the caramel dip for it. I am saddened that it hasgone down hill as much. I understand the pandemic has affected everyone but if you are going to raise prices, then make sure theguality matches the price. And that includes the customer service at the counter. I too gave worked tirelessly through thepandemic. I still do great customer service with a smile on my face and I still do it well and give my customers the bestservice, as they deserve.
