Don?t like this location. Ordered a medium French vanilla through the drive-thru and was told to pull someone would bring it... out for me. Ok? Especially... the Indian girl who works at night (between 10pm - 10:30pm on 12/7/2022). She has no idea about customer service, and isextremely rude. She behaves like she owns the store. Tim Hortons...if you read this, and if you genuinely value your customerthen you should ask your night staff to be little polite. Just like them, there are other people coming from a tiring andfrustrated day, and they just want to have some dinner. A little decency from your night staff would be really appreciated. Ifthey cant handle customer, then ask them to not take any orders or switch with someone who knows how to interact with thecustomer. Read more
